Terms and Conditions

- I have the right to turn down a commission request for any reason.- Commissions are for personal/non-profit use only. Commercial use is currently prohibited.- Use of my art for NFT, crypto, and/or blockchain-related purposes is strictly prohibited.- Terms of Service are subjected to change at any given time (Date of most recent update can be found at the bottom of this page).

Payment

All payments are to be made in USD and via PayPal Invoice. You must be 18+ years of age and have legal ownership of your PayPal account to commission me. Once commission details are agreed upon and your commission has been accepted, an invoice will be sent – payment must be made in full before any work shall begin on the commission.

Commission Process

All commission requests are to be handled through Google Forms. Be clear when filling out this form, for this is the introduction to the commission process. Please note I do not work on commissions over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or during holidays – any inquiries related to commissions will be responded to on the following business day. Once accepted, I will reach out to you via email to begin discussing your commission in detail. I do not handle commission-related contact via any other medium, so please provide an email that is readily accessible when requesting your commission.

Once a commission has been accepted, a WIP will be provided in the form of a sketch. Please be sure that everything is to your liking at this point - once the sketch has been agreed upon, large revisions to the composition will not be accepted without compensation. In addition, be aware that excessive changes at this stage will result in additional fees at my discretion. Furthermore, once the commission has been completed and finalized, any revisions are subject to fees at my discretion.

A commission includes both a watermarked and unwatermarked version of the finalized piece. I retain full rights to commissioned artwork and may post images where applicable; however, if a client wishes to remain anonymous or would prefer their commission be private, accommodations can be made upon request (in advance). Commissions may be posted freely so long as appropriate credit is given where applicable (such as a link to my Twitter page within your bio if using the commission as a Twitter icon).

Refunds

A full refund may only be requested if work has not yet begun on your commission. Once I have started the drafting phase, only a refund of 60% may be requested. Once the drafting phase WIP has been accepted by the client, no refund may be requested.

Frequently asked questions

"What program/drawing tools do you use?"

I currently use Adobe Photoshop CC and own a XP-Pen Artist 22E Pro display tablet.

"Can I use your art as my profile picture or banner?"

If you commissioned the piece from me or if it's related to fanart, you can as long as you clearly give credit.

"Can I repost your art?"

If I'm not posting actively on that platform, you can repost fanart as long as credit is clearly stated. Otherwise, share my original posts.

2. Visual reference needed (Drawing reference, pose, photo reference, etc.). I don't accept written descriptions at this time.
3. Any additional information or preference needed. Otherwise, artistic freedom can be implemented.
4. Valid email provided for sending an invoice.
